Ory Slonim, Advocate, has been an attorney in private practice since 1970. He specialized in exclusive White Collar criminal cases and served clients both in Israel and worldwide in a vast array of legal matters, which include complicated criminal trials and investigation committees. Adv. Slonim's Law Firm specializes, among other, in Criminal & Operational Legal Risk Management, Enforcement Programs, Safety at Work, Ecology Law and Corporate Governance. Legal Consulting is provided to large and complex public and governmental companies and to privately held corporations. Within the firm are experienced lawyers, who have been admitted to practice law in the relevant issues.
Adv. Ory Slonim served on Teva's Board from 1998 to 2003 as a statutory independent director and is serving as a director on Teva's Board since 2008. He also served as Vice Chairman of Migdal Insurance Company Ltd., from 1987 until 2007 and as Chairman of the company's audit committee. He presently serves as a director and Chairman of the audit committee of U. Dori Engineering Works Corp. Ltd., director and Chairman of the audit committee of Oil Refineries Ltd. and as a director of Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services Ltd.. Mr. Slonim also served as a Special Consultant to the Minister of Defense between 1989 and 2006. Since 2006, Mr. Slonim has served as Chairman of "Variety Club" in Israel, where he also served as President between 1994 and 2007.
